  • Please make a note of any damaged or missing items on your delivery receipt. If not specified, LA Floor Coverings is unable to submit a claim on your behalf to replace the missing or broken goods. You will be expected to submit a claim to the carrier on your own in such circumstances.
  • If the driver is unable to wait for a thorough examination of your purchase, we advise you to write “Pending Inspection” on the delivery receipt. Then, you may determine whether the material is in excellent condition. If you include a note, we can make a claim with the carrier and replace the damaged goods.
  • The consumer has three days to contact customer support at (985) 200-5461 to report any concealed damage or incorrect delivery.
  • If the delivery is damaged, DO NOT REFUSE IT. Refusing a package may result in additional shipping costs that you will be liable for, and delay any claims that can be made against the shipment. Returned shipping fees and any restocking charges paid by the supplier are applicable to refused shipments. Please get in touch with LA Floor Coverings soon once if you consider that the harm you’ve experienced is excessively severe.
  • If you do not note the damage on the delivery receipt and obtain a driver’s signature acknowledging the damage, LA Floor Coverings WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENT MATERIAL. THIS POLICY INCLUDES NO EXCEPTIONS.
